Nancy Thacker - Founder
Nancy Thacker - Founder
Nancy Thacker, a seasoned Interior Designer with a passion for sustainable and creatively aesthetic spaces, embarked on her design journey after a decade-long career leading a team in a prominent travel company. Nancy's dream of designing homes, nurtured since her school days, came to life when she pursued certification from the New York Institute of Art and Design.
Having freelanced on six projects, Nancy felt a calling for more meaningful design. It was during this time that she joined forces with Neha to give birth to Earth Buddy's – a venture driven by their shared love for nature, focusing on recycled and sustainable interiors. Neha's expertise in recycling and color, coupled with Nancy's unique design ideas and technical knowledge, forms the perfect synergy at Earth Buddy's.
On a personal note, Nancy is an adventurous soul, and her love for travel fuels her inspiration, taking her across the globe whenever possible.

Meet Neha Asher, a self-taught artist, Art Educator, and co-founder of Earth Buddy's. Hailing from a family of jewelers, with a background in Clothing and Textile Designing from Vadodara Maharaja Sayajirao University, Neha's artistic journey took a unique turn. Working as a creative Art Educator in esteemed schools and collaborating with Madhavi Kapur, she discovered a deep passion for teaching art.
Neha's artistic endeavors extend beyond painting, including the creation of an art book, "MY FIRST ART EXPRESSION," catering to a wide age range. With 26 years in Pune, she has conducted workshops on creativity, integrating art with school subjects. Neha's achievements shine when she helps students heal through EXPRESSIVE ART.
During Pandemic, Neha and Nancy shared common interest and Idea during cup of coffee and that's how earthbuddy was born.
